auto answers
I think I'm looking for more of an auto responder than a trigger... Preloaded (most asked questions) then when they select a response it provides a pre-loaded answer. Trying to eliminate the same questions over and over. If it's not solved then an agent would come on and resolve. We use this as a support chat, not a sales tool
