Not auto-deleting unsent responses when user disconnects
It is very frustrating when writing a response (often longer, complex - collecting data/support URLs from various resources) to a user, the message gets automatically deleted when the user disconnects. Very often users disconnect due to internet connection issues, and are back in a couple seconds - yet we need to start all over again, all previous work wasted. Even if the user leaves, the response could be easily reused for a follow-up (not really possible when all is just deleted).

Hi,
This is Sienna from tawk.to reaching out. Thank you for sharing your challenge here.
At the moment, we don't have a feature to save drafts or unsent messages to all disconnected chats.
I would suggest you create shortcuts/canned responses to lessen repetitive typing of answers.
These canned responses can be used while chatting with visitors. They save you time and make sure your responses are accurate and consistent. They also ensure spelling and grammar are correct.
Another suggestion is to "Add Note." You can attach all the information you’ve gathered and use this as a reference in case a chat gets disconnected and the customer returns to the chat.
The Add Note feature can be found in the lower right area of your Active Chat (Paper and Pencil Icon).
If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is a link to my calendar — https://calendly.com/siennarubio/30min. I'd be happy to help!"
