Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.
At this stage, we don't have a queueing system for incoming chats.
We do have the feature to show the estimated wait time of the chat. However, the waiting time does not increase based on the number of chats you are receiving. The default time remains at 1 minute.
We're in the process of re-designing the widget and bringing it a product called Contacts. These updates will allow you to personalize trigger messages based on the user in the chat.
We've taken note of your suggestions and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.
