Remove "Message Us" from the bottom of KB articles if there is no chat widget enabled in the KB settings.
Alternately or in addition, let me specify the text and the link so that I can provide an alternate way for the user to provide feedback.

To remove the "Message Us" icon on your Knowledge Base, you need to disable the chat widget function.
The chat widget on your Knowledge Base is linked to your tawk.to Dashboard. Disabling the chat widget will stop it from appearing on your Knowledge Base site.
At the moment, there is no option to modify the words "Message Us."
To disable the function, follow the steps below:
1. Administration Tab > Knowledge Base
