Add a feature to import from intercom
I want to switch from intercom but I'm dissuaded because I don't want to lose track of old conversations & user context.
You could even just have a single standardized import format and then your customers could write scripts to convert various other company's export formats into your import format, and share those scripts with each other!

Hi,
Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.
At this stage, we do not have a feature for migration from Intercom to tawk.to.
Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented.
Let me know if you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to. Here is a link to my calendar: https://calendly.com/siennarubio/30min. I’d be happy to help!

I totally understand you and your problem. I had exactly the same problem and could not solve it completely. Unfortunately, this is a fact - importing dialogs from one system to another is practically impossible, or it is possible only with the involvement of experienced developers. I did something like this when importing dialogs in my project https://ulive.chat/uk/p. Yes, it is long and laborious. But for many users it is very important to keep the correspondence with other users, so we took this step.

Importing data and other information from an online based platform like intercom. I have been involving with an online platform- you could visit this https://flirtymania.plus/de/p/1319257 platform for random video chat facilities with the girls and women around the world. I like this changes in the online service base option. Thanks for sharing this post with us.

Hello,
I'm a big fan of Intercom as of today. Used it for chat, product tours, in-app announcements etc... BUT Intercom terribly lacks of support feature. We need a strong ticketing system with history, KPI reports on our support performances etc... So I'm considering using Zendesk because it has it all.
