Hi, just wanted to ask if we can change the automatic response "ticket created" to customer
it goes automatic and its in English so our Finnish customers are confused.

At the moment, we do not have the option to modify or translate the ‘ticket created’ message.
You can modify and select Finnish as the default language in the Submit Ticket form in the Knowledge Base, however, we do not have a language translation or options for the auto-response email.
