Add keyword field in knowledge base.
It would be nice to have a section for keywords on articles of the Knowledge base. This way, the users could get find more easily the article for theire problem. I have find that some time, the article doesnt always containt the word that some would shearch for.

The Knowledge Base search results will ireturn any articles that include the searched word/term.
If the term is not available, a "No search results" message will appear.
At this stage, we do not have a keyword field for term/word searches.
We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.
