When it comes to job interviews, it is crucial to ask top interview questions. You may be asked questions about your work history, your motivation, or other information that is relevant to the job you are applying for. The key to answering such questions well is to provide a clear summary of your accomplishments and explain why you are a good candidate for the role. This feature is very important for service-oriented websites because the customer often returns to check the status of the service, and when the customer returns again, he receives the agent's message.

@Joseph Elder
How to do that please? -

The native widget behavior is to not be updated in real-time as a specific department goes offline after it was loaded on a page. However, you can force the widget to update whenever this occurs and the visitor isn't already in an active session using the API.
Whenever the department in question has a status update, check if this new status is Offline and then check if the visitor is already in an active session. If the status is Offline and the visitor is not in an active session, then use the updateSettings method to suppress chat, as shown in the below example which checks if the CRM department is online.
