integration with Magento and/or CRM packages
so tawk can look up customer info, chats can be logged as tickets, etc

We need full integration into other crm systems. I use Freshdesk and Freshsales, but I don't like their native chat system. I would love to use Tawk.to for my chat needs on http://voicemagic.studio

Hi, I downloaded the extension from https://github.com/tawk/tawk-magento and tried your extension module on my magento store 1.9.2.4 but it does not work.
I can view the tawk menu at the backend, ...I can sign into my tawk account there the backend, ..I can select "my site" from a list of site under my account and pick the right widget, ...But selecting the store on the right keeps on "loading" ...and clicking on "Use Selected Widget" does nothing.
And the chat widget does not load at the front end page.
I have cleared all caches, ...css and js, image, swatch images, ...magento caches, ..i have re-indexed, ...also... i have disabled the caches and re-enabled them back ....Then i have compiled from tools > Compilation ....
Still the widget does not show up.
Everytime i go back to the Tawk menu on the backend.... I can see all the settings are off (the select site, select widget and select store still keeps loading) ...Hence the "Use Selected Widget" button does not work.... Please help fix
