Offer more themes for the chat window
The current embed widget doesn't work well for all website themes. It would be great if you offered several different styles of embed widgets or allowed full CSS customization.

Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your ideas with us. Great news! We have just released a major update to our chat widget. See our latest release here: https://www.tawk.to/category/updates/ You can now enjoy the chat widget's new look and features. This includes the Widget Cards. You can add any kind of content to your chat widget, including videos, images, and a search bar. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat. If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. We're happy to help!

Just as the title says. I've adjusted the skin, but I'm also stuck with the white border around the whole thing. I would like to remove it, or at least allow us to modify/set the border.

Make it able to transform the mobile button (Size, shape, transparency, offer different themes of the icon or allow to upload one).
And also to stay on the same page while chatting (not opening in a new window, because it looks like an add ...)

The default font is small on my screen, I'd like to be able to adjust that.

In some cases the chat widget box can obscure certain things on pages. There should be an option in the color schemes to adjust the opacity of each color. There is a way to do it with hex coding, but this site does not allow custom hex codes like this.

I have seen one feature with other chat script, where while texting with the client we can modify the last texted message line, for e.g. If we misspelled something we would able to modify that message with correction and send it again over. It will not sent as a new message it will just modify the text which were changed in that message,
Just a advice this feature can be great and can enhance the scope too. Thanks!

The default font that users see is some serif font like Times New Roman or something. But the chat thread is in a much nicer font. It would be nice if the admin could change the user font OR make the default font something way less harsh.

It would be great it we could make further customizations to the styling of the chat widget. The elements I'd particularly like to be able to customize include the following:
Header Text: Set the font family, font size, font style (such as bold, italicized, etc.)
Text directly below the header: font color (the light gray color currently used is somewhat difficult to read), tex alignment (would like to left-align this text instead of it being centered as it currently is)
Questions/options text: font color, line height (currently it's a little too bunched together IMO), be able to put the question outside the text box for the "Add question with textarea" option (instead of the question being a placeholder within the textbox like it is now)
Chat window styling: be able to increase/decrease the width of the border around the chat window, be able to remove the border entirely if we want
Footer Text: Basically the same as the header text; set the font family, font size, font style (such as bold, italicized, etc.)
Thanks in advance for your consideration of my suggestions!

Thumbs up for this feature. It would be awesome being able to change font size or even font family using Google Fonts
