Developers should allow to change the font size of text exchanged between agents and visitors. The current text size is too big and 3-4 lines response takes 50% of window causing customers to scroll up and down and sometimes totally miss lines in between.

Hello, i would love to see this feature in future: Changing the background color of the chat widget. I dont mean the header or chat bubbles, just the background of everything. it is like a bit white and grey. I want to customize that freely. I would love to do that. Thank you tawk.to!

Chat Box is very large for many cases. I propose to enlarge setup possibilities of widget for fontfaces and fontsizes. Accordingly, size of widget dialog box will be smaller at once with fontsize decrease.

Urgent!! Allow CSS overrides to comply with designs for specific websites. Lacking this makes the Tawk Widget so awkward and breaks the beauty of websites. Also positioning and size of the widget should also be flexible to allow more control. For example allowing the chat Icon image to appear on it's own instead along side the chat bar would make this app a better product to use from front-end.

I mean I love the current design but it is somehow too big. Font size is too huge for me. The grey/white border is kinda disturbing on a dark themed website. Chat window is huge aswell. Would somehow hope it to be lowered.

if you check the website by phone there will be only one chat logo design by default , it would be very nice if we can customize the logo according to the design of our website .

There should be an option to change the style and SIZE of the font, especially for the header.

allow ppl to customize their chat,i mean wholey edit their chat to make it a total different looks,according to what they want it,it will be cool to do that,even u can teach ppl how to edit their codes to on your database,and also allow ppl to be able to draw the looks of their chat and create art out of their chat,i think it is not able to be done in many version,only touchscreen one can or advanced computer,add a ariel button,where ppl can put nice looking art words on it,many othher features to change the looks of the chat,like change the size,looks of it,colour,customize to different style and make the word more word art and etc
