Offer more themes for the chat window
The current embed widget doesn't work well for all website themes. It would be great if you offered several different styles of embed widgets or allowed full CSS customization.

Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your ideas with us. Great news! We have just released a major update to our chat widget. See our latest release here: https://www.tawk.to/category/updates/ You can now enjoy the chat widget's new look and features. This includes the Widget Cards. You can add any kind of content to your chat widget, including videos, images, and a search bar. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat. If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. We're happy to help!

I'd love this perticularly for the mobile widget, since I'd love it to be a bit less wide (since it's interfering with another item on my website when in mobile mode). Thanks!

During a chat, the top header bar of the box shows the agent's name. This could be somewhat confusing to the user, and I think it would be great if we could customize that.

Either ability to format the chat widget a little more in the control panel or the ability to override the css with our own css settings.

Not just header, bubble background and text colors, modifying widget background color and text color will be great to match with dark background websites. light letters with dark background.

Add a color picker to change the border color of the chat widget.

It would be nice to have some more flexibility there.
Each website is designed differently which means that positioning the chat widget is important as we don't want it to overlap for example a "footer menu"
For example halfway left/right etc.

Currently new dashboard doesn't allow you to manually adjust the color of the widget and bubble. Using color picker it's not possible for you to accurately select the color. So the manual input should be allowed.

Hi i would love to place my chat icon anywhere on the page rather than bottom right and left, and changecolour and size of icon. I would like it to have the ability to sit hotizontally against thee screen, and slide out when click on. Look at dune.com and look at their help icon and see how it works. Slideouts beautifully, eleganlty, and mixes other
it then combines with zendesk to offer LIVE CHAT and SUBMIT SUPPORT REQUEST which is perfect for what we need andmost online stores need. customers want quick simplicity.
Talkto has all the funtionality that it does not have to combine zendesk, but use its own Live Chat pop out window if clicked, and I saw an intro Ithink your prgram where you can search for answers by typing in questions. Sure its in your program, and this FAQ could be filled in by the user, and add so much more to just live chat!! Plus it could do more than zendesk!!! I hAS A LOT OF FUNCTIONALITY NOT USED TO THE FULL!!!! AND WOULD BE SIMPLE TO IMPLIMENT.... THE faQS WOULD REALLY IMPRESS CUSTOMERS AND TAKE PRESSURE OFF PHONE STAFF AND SEVICE AGENT ANSWERING EMAILS..... PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AND TRY AND MEULATE THIS AWESOME FUNTION PLEASE!!! THX RAM

Totally agree. This could be a go or no go for my clients probably wanting the tab on top..
- The ability to easy in the settings positioning the x and y - not just bottom-left or bottom-right.
- Be able to place the tab on the right or left-side of the window.
- Possibility to upload a "online" or "offline" customized image would be great.
- Able to design more. Fonts, and all colors to start with. -

You should add a font-family option to widget customization. Either integrating with google fonts or just allowing custom css that you can enter.

you can change the site from within the "theme" settings in the dashboard.

Hello tawk.to
Can it be made smaller also, it covers a lot of site. Any inline css to do that ? -
Admintawk.to (top bird!, tawk.to) commented
This could be achieved by some inline css..
Just add this directly AFTER the chat widget code to make to go to the right:
<style>#tawkchat-minified-iframe-element{right:0px!important;}
#tawkchat-iframe-container{right:0px!important;}</style>or to the left edge :
<style>#tawkchat-minified-iframe-element{right:0px!important;}
#tawkchat-iframe-container{right:0px!important;}</style>Modify the 0px to move it from the left or right, respectively.

It would be handy for users to be able to change the widget color for Online, Away, and Offline modes. It would be much easier to identify each state for the end users browsing a website.

Customization on the widget is a must, if we cant customize then a few different themes would nice
