Offer more themes for the chat window
The current embed widget doesn't work well for all website themes. It would be great if you offered several different styles of embed widgets or allowed full CSS customization.

I think the client side chat window is a bit "blocky". More control over it's appearance would be great (change font style and size, size of borders etc)

Sorry if this is an annoying one but when looking at the dashboard the text looks to small, the font looks about pt5, especlty when in settings accustoming the widget. If it just increased a little i would be happy
