Interactive (Co-Browsing) with visitor
Imagine, trying to help someone 'learn' a process by demonstration (or by leading them) to pages. The chat already shows what page they're on. If that link could open a new window or modal, and you could say something like "Look at the upper right corner of your window" - the operator then clicks their screen which in turn 'highlights' (possibly with a heatmap style pulse on their page), at which point the admin continues "Here you'll type your login information and press the submit button" .. cutting edge opportunity here for tawk.to for interaction. ;)

Will it be possible to see their full screen, i.e. different tabs, open programs etc. for better help?

providing a link should suffice and be more professional than hijacking a users browser.
There is too much potential for inappropriate action from malicious agents/admins

This is a waste of development time. Just paste the link into the chat window and the person can click it.

I am unsure whether or not modern browsers would allow this kind of behaviour. From a security standpoint, I would also be against it. Type the link to page B in the chat and let the client click on it.

Is this technically feasible?

This a great innovative idea ! most of the big companies are already using this. Instead of showing them URL, agent could directly redirect them to the desired page.

You should let agents change the page that a user is looking at. For example, a user is on example.com/pagea, and can't find their way to example.com/pageb. They ask an agent, and the agent should be able to send their browser to example.com/pageb.
This would be a simple implementation, and would make users life **much** easier. Thanks! :) -

I don´t understand what´s requested here. I just created some shortcuts for the most used URLs and that helps ;-)
So if someone asks about phoning I enter /fc in the chat to push him some text and a URL with a free call website so they can call ;-)

Additionally, with a heatmap style pulsing, the operator can also see where the user is clicking. "No ma'am. Over here on the right side, not the left" *click* "see?" Visitor: "Oh! Thank you!". :)
