Create Software For Mac & Windows
Create a downloadable exe and dmg so users can open your application without going on the website. You will have to make the window into an application and make sure cookies don't expire for a long time. It would be awesome!

Apple's Boot Camp allows you to install Windows alongside macOS on your Mac. Only one operating system can be running at a time, so you'll have to restart your Mac to switch between macOS and Windows. If you've ever dual-booted Linux on your Windows PC, it's just like that.

Great news! Is it normal for it to use 650MB of RAM though?! That's more than every other application i'm running on my PC combined and I have some pretty complex apps open like Visual Studio and Photoshop. Seems to be a bit of a problem and gets worse the longer the app is open.
I presume it's running as a self-hosted web application as it seems identical to the website and has buttons which aren't needed on desktop apps (eg full screen).

We all love this awesome app, Please develop the application for Linux Desktop also. There are many people use the Linux Desktop. We DO NOT use Windows or Mac.

I entirely agree with you - for me, I like to separate as much of my work as possible from my browsing experience. Tawk.to should have a desktop client!

Yes, you are right and that should be totally based on chat window and put a "control" link to go to the dashboard and other stuffs.

Hi, software is NOT needed. Maybe more simple way is to add connection to some instant messaging protocol like Google Talk, MSN, YM, Jabber or Skype.
