Disable input form for offline message (= just a leave a message)
For offline messages, we don't want the user be able to leave us a message directly (which we get via email from tawk.to, very hard to track and reach out to customer).
Instead, we just want to leave a note, telling the user he can always send us an email to our support team (which then lands in our ticketing system).
The offline message will be placed as open chat in Messaging section.
You can convert that offline message into a ticket and have conversation with the customer through tawk.to ticketing system.

I AGREE! We have our own ticket system that my team manages daily, when we receive an email from your form its from firstname.lastname@example.org and they have to edit the ticket on our end each time. We want a simple message that says contact us here and link to our form.
Well, certainly took long enough to decline this idea. However, even with the ticketing system, some people may not want to handle support through tawk.to. We should still have the option to disable the form when offline and leave a note to the customer.
