Allow website script to pass values through the embeded script so Agent knows who his talking to automatically.
When pasting script onto the html. Allows web programmer to pass values to the chat box. For instance a server side script paste the user detais automatically to the chat through the embeded javascript so when agent views the visitor, it automatically shows who the agent is talking to through the values passed.
