Give the ability to change mobile widget title
Currently on mobile devices the widget says "Live Chat" when online and "Send Mail" when offline. There should be an option to modify these.

I agree that we should be able to change the titles or leave them as Chat or something all the time. On a mobile device Chat looks good when online but Se... doesn't look so intuitive when offline for a user. The word Chat or Support with the colour would be better in my opinion.
