Send Button for Live-Chat
It`s needed for "noobs" at computers. So my mom would never use the keyboard. She would search the "send" button. So a "Send" button next to the live chat form would be a nice to have feature. Also i checked microsoft office supprot and bing ad live chat. They all use it. We too?
Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for taking the time to share your ideas here.
Great news! We have just released a major update to our widget.

The SEND button would be a great option to have for agents too, not just customers
Pressing ENTER to send the chat message is confusing. Some people might use ENTER for a new line or carriage return... unknowingly sending the message prematurely. The lack of a SEND button is currently the deal-breaker for using Tawk.to versus other options for my organization. An intuitive interface is important to the newbies out there.
So it has been over two years since this request was made, will it ever happen?
Send button option to chat box, so customers can send their messages without pressing enter
The triangle button to send is not intuitive having a button that says send is better. Or make it look like a return key
Also it would be nice if the modal or widget doesn't take up the whole screen. That I could see the website slightly in the back.
Please make it more sexy like LiveChats
And I'll switch in a heartbeat.
Yes,it is important.
Granmothers and granfothers are noobs, and likes send button

On mobile (iphone) you usually have the blue send button. I would like to use it instead of that strange arrow (that becames buggy because of it's positioning).
