Forward offline messages to different email
Most owners may sign up for admin using their personal email but delegate the reply of messages to customer service team. It will be useful to select another email (customer service) to forward offline messages.
Or in alternative, at least allow to disable offline messages.
I don't want my personal email full of requests that I can't handle.

will you implement a forwarding function for tickets to other email adresses please. We have to copy / paste tickets into our email program instead now.

we use freshdesk and it would be an awesome feature to be able to redirect offline mails to that service
