display Visitor's State in addition to the Country
I'm wondering if there are any plans for improving the Visitor's location that's being displayed. I'm currently in the US and we're only able to see the City where the Visitor is from and not the State so it makes things a little hard to gauge and I'm not able to set up an advanced trigger for those users.
Something like this would be very helpful, thank you!

To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. At this time, the details in the Monitoring section do not include the state in which the visitor is located. We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented. If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. We're happy to help!

I wholeheartedly agree. City/Country tells you virtually nothing unless they're in a uniquely named city. There are multiples of nearly every city name in the country. And stating the country is redundant since the flag is next to it anyhow.

Every competing chat client I have ever used has that. "Anderson, "Wlanut Creek" etc is useless.if I dont know what state t is in. Many states have cities of thje same names!

In the USA many states will have cities names duplicated. There are 12 states in the USA with a city named Dallas. So rather than "Dallas,United States" it should read "Dallas, Arkansas,United States" for the visitor information.

And while you're at it, how about making City and State, or City and Country a new column on the Monitoring screen? Don't force us to hover or memorize country flags! :-)

I would rather have it say "Minnesota, USA" than "Buffalo, USA" because there are a lot of Buffalos and it could be anywhere. I assume if the City data is available from the IP Address, the state should be too.

Yes, agreed. Being able to set up a trigger on a specific state in the USA would be very useful. Great application by the way!

I just discovered that you can view a google map of the visitor's location, however, it's only available in the chat history when you click on an item: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B8WnI3aCQAIqFHZ.png:large
Would be much more useful as part of the live visitor monitoring. -

More detailed location info should be provided. On mine, all I see is country. If you're getting the country, that means you're using a geo IP database, so it's just a matter of pulling more information, such as how Livezilla does it:

Would like to see this feature improved. -
