When a visitor fills up the pre-chat form and the chat beings with an agent. It will be awkward for the agent to ask "what's your name?" So, I would like auto pick the visitor name as filled in the pre-chat form.

So this is marked as planned, but based on some of the other features that are marked "STARTED" (many years ago), I dont have high hopes for this.

It would be great to be able to create shortcuts that automatically generate a client's name within them.

For example "Hi [Client Name], how can I help?".

This is very important, please implement it as soon as possible
