Extraction of customer name for shortcuts: example: Hello %visitor.name%, My name is.....
it would be useful to have a the ability to create a Greeting/Hello shortcut with a feature such as %visitor.name% so end users receive a more personalised experience... it might also be useful to enable tawk.to attendees to include %agent.name% which would automatically extract the attendees name and add it to the personalised message

To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. The feature allowing users to enhance Shortcut functions with personalization is currently being constructed. Our engineers are working on it, and updates will be posted once it is implemented. If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. We're happy to help!

in addition to that similar to zopim it will be great to just do the shortcut to pre-text example when i type /hi I get Hi my name is {Agent Name}, how can i help you today
of course you should be able to create your own shortcuts

I think we should have autofill on the chats. For example, we should have "welcome to (company name)! My name is (agent name) and I will be your (department) representative. How can I help you today?" It would save tons of agents time and it will customize it for the agent. Please consider.

I suggest you to do a script, with it, in shortcuts, we could have automatically some informations ! Example : Hi ! My name is %username% -- Hi welcome ! It's %hour%

For example in the shortcuts that you can enter Hello, {name}, how can I help you?" or quick message your email adress is {email}. Is that correct?
Should be very usefull!

It would be great to be able to add visitor's location (country, city) in a shortcut.
