I agree. We relying on two different departments handling certain parts of out Website. Sometimes a chat comes into one department that is meant for the other. What a pain to tell the customer to navigate to another page to start another chat session!

I think it's just a column in database and a text field form in front end, can please just add it?

Similar programs from a decade ago had this option. Its a basic function really..
