Be able to have triggers disabled when not online
Triggers are great, but we use them primarily to start a chat with a customer. If we are not available or not online we would prefer that the triggers get disabled until we are back online.
When someone receives a trigger they usually assume it was sent from us live and it causes frustration when we don't respond because we are not available.
A simple option to have triggers (either globally or per trigger) temporarily disabled when offline or on all the time would be great.

Yes, definitely. I also want them to stop if I set myself to invisible or away.
