Support WebHooks so that we can set up integrations with other systems.

GIVEN that a visitor wants to chat to us
WHEN the visitor starts to chat
THEN a we are notified that someone is attempting to communicate with us in HipChat

This could easily be achieved with WebHooks.

    I have integrate webhook with my CRM for all inquiries but still Offline Chat inquiries are not landing to CRM

    This is really needed. Not only HipChat... there is Zapier, IFTTT, Integromat, etc. all these services use webhooks to integrate microservices together. Please consider webhooks!

    Implementing it would be easy and quick (just send a POST request to a URL) and make Tawk.to so powerful! It is a must have that many other SaaS are implementing right now!

    Would love to have webhook notifications. It would be great if tawk.to can send a POST request to the url defined. The payload can be the end-user details for new chats (any prechat answers, if possible).

    Later this can be further expanded by allowing predefined message formats for services like HipChat, Slack, etc.

    In addition to webhooks it would also be great if there was a way to map the response fields for the questions we create to the fields of a third-party lead management system. There would also need to be an option to add a submission URL to the form along with the method of submission to the third party system (such as POST, GET, XML, etc.).

    "Forms: 3rd Party Integration" is a great example of a WordPress plugin that was created for this exact purpose; the only difference being that it is designed for use with contact forms as opposed to a chat window/system.
