Reporting mechanism
Have a feature wherein automated reports can be sent out to the registered mail IDs - engaged chats, missed chats, traffic etc. Much better for showcasing performance of app.

I would like to be able to export the Summary dashboard to pdf or excel...showing the list of Chats and Agents who handled it in the given period

Add a minutes field that can be filled in manually for amount of time spent answering ticket. Export this field in a csv report for all tickets so that it can be used for billing purposes.

This would be useful. As would the ability to send analytics reports of site visits to particular emails.

Add system to send number of monthly visitors per website report at end of each month via email - It will help us to understand the traffic on websites and we will be able to see which month is good and which is not.

I second this. I am a support manager and do not login to the dashboard except for report options. I would like to schedule a daily report that is sent out to my e-mail systemically displaying the # of chats received each day.
