Image compression & js Minify
just copied and pasted from chat with one of your agents - busy at work so cant re-type it now -
I'm currently smashing my head against googles page speed insights
and theres only a couple of bits left, mainly losslessly compressing the images from tawk
as these are on your server though I cant do anything about it
guessing other users would benefit from this though so thought id ask the question of if it would be possible to compress them slightly?
also the js files could use being minified too
what's the chances of one of your dev guys whipping through this? would not only benefit me but all your users :)

Awesome it looks like you guys closed this one....i think you fixed the image for the mobile devices but not for the desktop https://static-v.tawk.to/a-v3-19/images/icons.png
the image above needs to be compressed. you can see this when you run page speed insights and click the desktop tab at the top of the page. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights -

yes!!! this is critical to page rank from google. your widget is using images that are not optimized and a waste of resources in googles eyes and slowing down all your users websites. page speed is extremely important and if we have spent a ton of hours making our websites fast your widget throws all that work away. most importantly it would take you 5 mins to fix one of the biggest problems which is your images. Just go here https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights and put in any page that uses your widget and you will see the issues.
