I would like to be able to monitor the visits and their interactions while I was gone. Not only to see the total of visitors and visits my webpage had during the day but to be able to expand that info. This feature is only avaiable for live visitors in the "Monitoring" section, and I would like it to be avaiable even if I wasn't present, to see that info in an expanded diagram or chart. It would be very useful in order to see their interactions, to see if its a recurrent visitor or not, etc..

To analyze daily traffic tawkto provides visitor statistics, however, if we could get the name of the visitor or IP in separate section then it would be easy to know which customer has just visited our site.

Like the list showing the history of chats, have a list of plain visitors including ones you chat with and ones you dont.

please add report to show a list of visitors, both chat and non-chat. visitors info should include country, city or providers

can a visitors monitoring be saved automatically? the pages that he visited and then left the site ,so we know what pages he was visiting and improve those pages, right now if visitor leaves the site we can not check what he/she was looking for

It would be great if I could review the visitors to the site that DID NOT engage in a chat...I can review the ones that engaged in a Chat....but, there can be information about where they navigated to before they left without chatting.....maybe I need to funnel them into a specific page before they want to chat??

Could you please make it possible for the plugin to automatically save a profile for a new user including pages navigated, country, time e.t.c. especially even of you don't get to chat. You could automatically have it sent to the agents' emails. Thank you

A feature to track all users if even you don´t interact with them (as it is possible to do in the Messaging tab) to allow later analysis.
Right now we can only track people who engaged us in chats or if we catch them in the very moment they are visiting our website (thanks to the Messaging tab).
It would be great if we had a "chronology" features for all visitors and have the same data available here that we see in the messaging tab.

Thanks to the new Javascript API, this could be a very very huge feature. enriching data and that way back-tracking visitor information making leads much easier identifiable.

I have just started using the software and this is the first thing that I found you couldn't do and we think it is key information to have access to.. PLEASE make this data visible.

definitely YES! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE include visitors log! just log all that activity that we can see in real time..im sure there are ways to not clog your servers but lets say export that data within some time

Please add another feature to tawk,i.e., we users should be able to monitor past visitors too; not only those online at the moment.

And i would like to add a bit more than the first message ask, i want to add all that and add too how many times a person comes, that appears in other chats that we used where for the ip, u can see how many times came that person. That is very useful, and monitoring is good but should be better if that would saved all that.
