Visitor history
To be able to view the history of all visitors. Not all visitors open a chat, so if one can determine which pages were visited by visitors that did not chat, then one can also determine the popularity of individual products and pages with more data.

Hi there dear tawkers,
Although this is a good idea, we are not currently planning on expanding the analytics because there are other tools that are made specifically for tracking visitors in this way ex. Google Analytics.

I agree to him. Like if someone is visiting to http://uizentrum.de. S/he may or, may not ask for chat. But visitor information and their interested pages are very important for us to find - what they are looking for?

hello, i would suggest the following. It seems that only history if chat message are store on the system. there is no way to see all the hits of visitor that come on the site weather we chat with them or not. Maybe it would be interested to have history of all the hits. i know it is more about analytics.

Right now the history of the Dashboard only saves information such as IP etc on guests that chat. It would be very good to also store the same info on visitors that visit but do not chat.
