Allow integration with Google Analytics
It would be great if there was a way to optionally bind Google Analytics events to opening the live chat button, and ideally leaving an offline message as well. We like to track as many site interactions as we can, but not sure how I can bind any events to button clicks as there's an iframe container, so it would have to fire on your end.
i have many website site in my only dashboard.i think it's better to have analytics and historic for each website
Ditto for me on this feature. We can current track a call, a contact form and an info pack request on our website in Google Analytics but are missing this visibility on Live Chat. The ability to add a GA script into the Tawk.to widget that triggers a "conversion" when someone submits a chat would close that loop!

Since tawk.to records all users and their IP addresses - why not add a sort of analytics section? This will tell the owner of a website how many unique views and overall views their website is receiving. At the moment all I see is a small bar on visitors/visits/pageviews. I think a specific section should be dedicated to analytics - giving website owners a highly detailed report on how their website is doing, a bigger graph, as well as specific numbers. http://gyazo.com/4c593aed1eb0a9efae08ff1d2447ffba

Additionally, just like you said, demographics would be a great idea, too.
I had to remove the chat from my homepage because I couldn't track inquiries and since my inquiry form can track inquires I didn't want to have the issue of not knowing where people are coming from. Had to remove the software from homepage. It's sad because I love this chat, but can track in Google analytics! Please fix this asap guys!

Ditto. This is a super important feature. Anyone who runs AdWords needs to track conversion. For us - www.cmsassist.io - conversion via live chat is most common and it's crucial to track it.

This feature would is very important, because if we have the track conversion on the contact page, when we add tawk chat the trigger on the contact page wouldn't show the right contact stats.
I would also wish for something like that. It would be cool to be able to set a goal in Google Analytics that tracks a sent message over the chat window. To count it as a "contact"-conversion or something.

Or some feature that can track a Google Adwords Conversion when a user sends a message on the chat
The analytics on the new dashboard do not provide monthly chats summary, old one had that option. Is it possible to restore that possibility?
