Actual dates on chats instead of "14 days ago," etc.

Currently, chats are dated by the length of time between now and when the chat happend.

Ex: 14 days ago, 23 days ago, etc.

Would be more helpful and efficient to have the exact date of a chat.

Ex: May 5th, 2015 or 05/15/15, etc.

    I'm at locker heads with this one and would vote for what Michael says, and have both.

    I generally hate 5 days ago, 23 days ago... What was the date?

    Also an arbitrary date, who has the time to work it out in their head exactly how long ago it was?

    2015/09/05 (1 day ago): blah blah blah

    1) this gives the agent exactly how long ago this took place, and
    2) please consider international users, reverse day format is locale agnostic
