Instant messenger integration - Agents can respond chats via IM
Responding via phone is slow
Having open web broser panel is resource & space waste if i have low number of chats daily or no chats.
Instant messenger responding is clever as messengers apps are already made for numerous operating systems and many people already having them installed.
Please kindly consider making integration with some opensource instant messaging protocol.

Para los usuarios de pago se deberia de integrar para de alguna forma el equipo de soporte pueda diseñar en la elaboracion del mismo

I suggest you link this chat window to whatsapp. I mean if possible to received the messages thru whatsapp.

If you support Slack, there's already XMPP/IRC gateways.

if possible then add feature by using which Admin can chat using his or her whatsapp number via mobile phone..
