Step 1: Launch “Settings” of your Android device and then scroll all the way down to “Apps” settings. Hit on it and then opt for “Manage Apps” option from the next screen.
Step 2: Now, you need to scroll through the apps installed over your device to look for “Skype” app and hit on it. Alternatively, you can also search for the app using the search function available in the recent Android OS versions.
Step 3: Lastly, you’re required to tap the “Clear Data” or “Clear App Data” button and confirm your actions. Once done, your device no longer holds the chat history of your Skype app.

I think there should be the ability to keep chat history for customers. This is useful for when a customer contacts live chat and wants to review the information during the session. This could also be useful so a customer start a chat session right where they left off and no detail from the conversation will be lost - great in case the chat session somehow disconnects.

The implementation of this would be for people to create a tawk account (just account for chat history purposes and not one with full features) globally (works with all tawk enabled sites) or just for that one specific site. This implementation could also use Facebook, Twitter, and Google integration to login.

This could also save the customer's name and email settings.

Maybe can add the option on the setting to choose will give an access the agent to delete it or not. Because some user maybe do not want their agents delete the history, but some user that has so many agents need it.

Please to make a feature for agent account can deleted the chat history, as we will have around 100 agents account, it will be so hard for the admin account to check and deleted the history on agent accounts one by one.. It will take forever...

I think its also a good feature that we can clear the stats and history. I think this is important if the site you are developing is in beta version, where you only have to put test live chat.

There are so many chats each day on my website. When i'd like to delete the history chats, i could not delete all the history chats in one click.

Please allow me to delete one page of history chats in one click or add a "Select All" button to delete easily.
