Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you"
Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you" when agent is pressing join button without customer asking for chat. Now it's just title with nickname of agent and it's quite misunderstood.

Before the chat starts, there is a survey where a customer fills in a name, email address etc. I would like to use what the customer says there, in a welcome message. Eg "Welcome *Josh*, how can we help today?"
