Blocking agent-to-agent chat
The office that we are setting this up for does not allow their employees to chat online with each other. The agent-to-agent feature of your program would violate this rule.
Is there a plan to place a block on agent-to-agent chats if required?
Thanks!

Since I see this is under review, I wanted to also add the reason we need this feature. Since there is no logging of the chat, it would be impossible for us to prove or disprove any kind of potential HR or legal issue that arose in these private chats. So let's say Johnny sends an inappropriate message to Suzie and Suzie files a sexual harassment case with HR as a result. Managers would have no way to verify the truth of the matter through log investigation. So this is a huge concern for any business - not just our own. Thank you for the consideration!

Same - we need the ability to either monitor direct/group messaging or disable it altogether. Additional granular agent controls would also be very much appreciated!

Additional settings within the admin area for better more advanced controls over what is enabled and diasable for use,
for example (most importantly):
the ability to disable agent to agent chat
and the ability to disabled the direct chat link for agents. -
