I would like to receive desktop notifications, but I do not want the desktop app to be open all the time on my computer, and as soon as I close it I do not get desktop notifications

It would be great if the desktop app could minimise to the computers system tray, so Tawk is still operational, but not fully open or closed, so you can get on with other work then will notify (or open) when there's a chat or someone is on your website, which is quite common for software like this to do this.

Ok, but you should also enable an option to use the X to close (quit) the program. Some of us normaly closes the programs using the X on the window, and just forget about it, and then we receive an incoming chat. Please enable the option to use the X as the QUIT program.

this is an absolute must. if your not able to make this than at least perhaps try to fix it so my second monitor will remember position before windows shuts down.
