Monitoring triggers
It would be nice to see some information about triggers. How many times the have been triggered, at what pages, what did visitors do after the saw a trigger. Monitoring top-performing triggers, etc.

Very useful - we are working a lot with triggers and would love to have more information on the performance of these triggers...

Ability to search message by which triggers were included in the chat session. Ideally we want to analyze the performance of the different triggers we are building.

This desperately needs more reporting. Ideally we'd like to report on when a trigger fire, and what a user does after a trigger fires. This would show whether some triggers are bad for visitors, i.e. are causing visitors to leave early.

Seeing the number of trigger messages sent and the response rate to messages would be insightful.

It would be very useful to list all the chats that were triggered automaticaly, in order to measure the visitor reaction
How many visitors recieved the messages
How many visitors answer the messages
