Pre chat form after trigger
I have pre chat form and trigger both on my chat widget. But the problem is after trigger is fired and displayed my message to visitors, there is no chat form displayed and user can directly chat with us.
Please change it so that user have to fill pre chat form even if any trigger is already called to display message to visitors.
We have released new design for the tawk,to chat widget.
With it user will be required to fill data into Pre-chat form, after he received welcoming trigger message and opens the chat widget.
Please make this a possibility, so limiting to not have this pop-up to get the visitor's attention and on with a chat request and also a lead for our site

Basic notification trigger to trigger the pre chat form. This way we can capture their info even if we initiate the chat, or it triggers on it's own based on the time we set. Please this is a lead capture dream!

i got an idea, i just have looked from jivochat. They make trigger come before pre chat form. so the chat widget will maximaze when someone visit the site. after that, visitor will see the chat widget. then they enter their first chat and a pre chat form will appear. so the visitor must fill the form to continue the conversation. it make the visitor will more often to chat with the customer service, How about you TAWK? can you make it for us? please make it fast, Thanks :)
Yes I have highlighted this problem last year. I hope they'll fix this bug soon. I really like the new CP and new features. Only this to fix and tawk.to is PERFECT
