know current visitor time
While talking to visitors via live chat, In greetings and good bye, We think our time and say good morning but visitor is having night time. If we know the visitor time then we can say good night to visitor while we are providing live support on our morning time.

When you are chatting with a person it is good to know their local time.

or optionally, just include the local time for the visitor in the chat window and make it apparent to the agent. It would be impractical to have all timezones available on the desktop

The opportunity to add the local times of your customer groups to the top of the desktop application would be great. Just to be more specific saying "Great evening" "Good morning". Would be just a nice thing.
