REST API for CRM Integration
It would be great if there was a possibility to integrate our own CRM with chat. Chat is a place where agents can gather and lead clients and to use chat we need to be able to get chat history.

We would like to be able to use placeholders in the https urls used for custom tabs.
If this were possible, we could use as url:
So i would be able to display relevant information about this particular user in the custom Tab.

Please integration to crm. It is vital !! We really love your product but thinking of changing to another company as we cant integrate to our crm.

I'd love to be able to get chat history but also to be able to see our CRM's record of those customers we are chatting with.
To all CRM voters; Please also consider voting for the idea titled "Use visitor information as placeholders in HTTPS urls in custom Tabs" because that would also be a very simple way to get some level of generic CRM integration, at least at the Tawk side.

I'm suggesting a big improvement that is in all other live chats, but not in Tawk to. To be able to connect every chat or ticket to a CRM implemented in a business, to be able to follow up every possible contact into the same program.

just a chat history would be really helpful. planning to us tawk to if an api could be made
+1 this would also reduce need to keep the monitoring view up on tawk thus reducing load on tawk.to

Yup, failing a Zapier integration a REST API we could query would work. (Would prefer Zapier)
