  2. Linux Desktop App

    We need LInux Desktop App as we all are with Linux Mint desktops. Is there is a version already? Or you are developing it? If not, I would suggest that option.

  3. CNAME Masking of the Tawk.to URL

    We use tawk.to as a pop-out chat.

    Because of this the tawk.to url is displayed.

    I think it would be a good idea to be able to mask the tawk.to URL with CNAME.

    So then the URL would could be 'livechat.example.com'.

    This shouldn't affect tawk in getting your name out of there as like with the chat being at the bottom of the page, your logo would be in the bottom right corner still :).

  5. keyboard shortcuts

    add keyboard shortcut to end an active chat, send a ticket, or ban someone maybe? it must be easier to just press keyboard combination rather than moving the cursor to the corner of the window

  6. Report with total volumes of chats done in the month by agent

    I need a report that shows the volume of calls from each operator per month. Listing all the attendants and the total of each one.

  7. Change page title dynamically

    I use the posting of new page information within iFrames and with dynamic scripts. The actual document page doesn't change, but "where" the visitor is within the site does change. I would like to be able to the document tag title to a new name without the page reloading so the Tawk app sees the page title change.

  8. Validation in pre-chat form for name, email

    We should be able to make rules in the fields filled in by a visitor in order to have real data and avoid fake input, like: Name: S, Last name: S, Subject: S, Email: email@s.com

    This will stop spam and fake emails being sent by users just trying to waste our time.

    We have different departments and working hours also different for them.Can we set up different working hours for departments?For example,Customer care services will available on 09.00-18.00 - Technical support will available 07.30-05.00.

  10. Tawk.to client for Linux distributions.

    There's is a need for a tawk.to version that can be installed on linux distributions like Ubuntu and Fedora. Currently, such a client only exists for Windows, Mac and Android.

  12. Numeric red encircled notification on top of "App icon" To highlight that i have a chat alert.

    Tawk.to iphone app shows push notification and ring a sound when i get an chat, But push notification remains active for only 5 sec or so. Tawk.to app does not show a numeric notification on top of the "app icon" like other apps do. If i missed the push notification or ringtone, i will have no way to know that i missed some important chat.

  17. Deleted users will still show in the Group chats. There is no way to remove them manually.

    Even if the users have deleted their Tawk account they still will be shown in all the group chats.

    The support team suggests that we may create a new group chat. Not a good idea as we lose the history.

    My suggestion is to have these possibilities as a admin to delete undesired or inactive users from the group chats.

    With regards to this concern, once the members were removed from the property, you won’t be able to delete their names manually in the group chat list.

    I would recommend asking the members to “leave” the chat group first before deleting them from the property. Alternatively, create a new group chat with the rest of the team members.

    I would like to be able to edit a ticket, because when we type something wrong like the name of the recipient for example, we have to delete and create another ticket, losing a sequence

  19. Reports based on tags. Search by all tagged tickets

    I would like to compile my tagged convo data into a graph or spreadsheet but cannot bc I have no clue how many tickets I have tagged. Support suggested I go through each tag and then add them together. I cannot do that bc some convos have like three or four tags. The whole number of conversations I had will be way higher than it should. I would be really nice if you guys were able to convert our tags into the graph section as well. I just don't understand why I would tag tickets if I could not compile…

  20. Insert clickable hyperlinks in chats

    Would be nice if I could create hyperlinks in the shortcuts so that when chatting with a customer I could quickly and easily insert a clickable link to a product page. This would greatly increase calls to action and conversions.
