Remove "Message Us" from the bottom of KB articles if there is no chat widget enabled in the KB settings.
Alternately or in addition, let me specify the text and the link so that I can provide an alternate way for the user to provide feedback.

Provide options and default answer in bubble chat
I'm looking for feature like this:
- when the bubble chat open
- it send welcome message, also send some options like Q&A that we prepared
- if user click in one option, then our system reply message that we preparedEx:
- option 1: Does your website provide xxx?
- option 2: Is anyone available to chat?
- option 3: I have a question, can you help?If:
- user click option 1 => reply "Yes, we provide xxx"
- user click option 2 => reply "Please wait 5 minutes"

Smaller widget icon for mobile devices
Option to reduce the widget icon size for mobile devices. At the moment the chat icon takes up too much room on a mobile device - it would be better is this was smaller on mobile devices.

Translate the tool tips in chat window
Next to the "Type here and press Enter" field, there are those icons for ratings, uploads and emoticons. The tool tips of those icons were not translated to German. Please fix! :)

Include a link to tawk.to dashboard from email notification
When receiving a notification mail for an offline message sent,
include a link to the dashboard for easy access to the ticket by simply clicking on the link
There are no security implications involved because if the person is not logged in, just prompt them to log in.
This feature will greatly help as there is no need to manually access tawk.to page from a browser.
Simple feature but save a lot of time. Please consider.

Chat Widget Position Problem
We want to take chat widget position freely, be able to move in less areas like 20-30 pixel. We have footer in our website and the footer is just closing the chat widget. Also we do not want to just put it on the middle of the page. If you could get back to us about this topic we would be happy and we can find onether solution to that problem,

Link to chat to a particular agent
List all the agents in our team and provide a link to each agent so that the user can choose who they would like to chat with.
This means that with each agent we could write a blurb about their specific speciality so that the user can select the agent who is best qualified to answer their particular issue.

ensure TawkConnectionTime cookie does not appear until cookie consent is given
TawkConnectionTime cookie currently loads when the widget appears even though it does not provide any visitor tracking to the app/dashboard. It would be better if no cookie was created until consent is given.

Alternatively, you can create a collage with 2 images and upload it as a single image.

You can customize the colors, size and position of the widget. You can also move the chat card to any position in the widget body by dragging and dropping the widget cards.
To change the way the visitor widget appears on the pages of your website, follow these steps:
1. Go to ⚙️ Administration and select Channels in the left menu.
2. Select Chat Widget.
3. Click Advanced in the Widget Appearance menu.
4. Edit the settings to suit your website.
5. Click the Save button when finished.
