Displaying number of messages for easy identification of active chats.
We only get red border when visitors have replied. If we display number of messages exchanged in the chats of "chats" tab then it will easy to identify the active chat even we have lost it in large number of active chats.

Android and IOS app for mobile phones
if you can have a mobile app for the admin dashboard , some other chat services have mobile app for mobile and also desktop app. it is not easy to chat with users with mobile browser as it is not showing well on mobile browsers. if a mobile app can be available it will make it easier to reply chats from the dashboard on mobile.

Offline message notifications on mobile
Can you please enable mobile notifications when an Offline message has been received? We've had a few messages recently but only found them in the email inbox a few days later. If a notification had been sent by the mobile app we could have responded much sooner. There are notifications for just about everything else.

You may specify which email address the messages will be sent to ( agent, everyone, or Admins only)

Zooming feature
Please add image zooming option in tawk.to android app.

Currently, there's still no option to prevent this. The app should be open and running in order for it not to get disconnected. At the moment, users session will expire if no login in 10-12 days.

We currently don’t have a ring notification each time the user opens a new page/tab.
We do, however, have a ring notification for “new visitors”. You can enable this ring if you wish to proactively reach out to your visitors.
You can start a chat with your visitors by clicking on the visitor in the monitoring section of the dashboard. Then simply click the join button in the chat window to start a chat.

Add "live help" chat on phone app
Please add the "Live Help" chat to the android and apple phone apps. It is a great help on desktop version but I am often away from home ! Thanks!!!

Our chat widget works on mobile via our Android and iOS apps. You can easily respond to chats from the mobile Dashboard by downloading these apps on your devices.

On the mobile app, there is a feature "visitor visits" alert, Can you provide a feature where we can turn on and off alert depending on the country as visitors from certain countries are not required but still, it keeps pinging and it annoys a lot.
