currently if you buy this addon, it allows you to:
- ... Setup a custom support email address
- Use your own domain to converse with your Visitors via email.
but transcript from chat still comes from tawk, which can be very confusing to customers. And this produces many questions (legal..etc)
So i suggest that branding addon includes some mail configuration that will include complete communication via our domain. (less data and traffic for you too ) :)
for example some POP/IMAP options and choice for what type of communication we want to use this.12 votes
Direct Chat Link - great idea! easy to set up, but NEEDS TO BE HTTPS:// people wanting to embed payment links in this chat are otherwise faced with challenges and skepticism from customers on an unsecured link.12 votes
I know you offer front end white labelling. Back end white labelling would be ideal. Then agents can feel comfortable that they are dealing with the correct business and not a third party.

All tickets are considered sent when they are generated. However, there are instances in which your customers will get delayed notifications. This is due to a very high server load.
In the event of a delay, we always prioritize bringing all communications back to full speed.
At the moment, we do not have status messages for delayed tickets.
We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

I bought the Video + Voice + Screensharing option. It is important to enable the option of video calls between agents.6 votes
Currently its $49 a month which is just not competitive with rival web conferencing products like anymeeting.com or gotomeeting.com, especially when it does not work with Edge and we are not a heavy user. Price needs to be ~$24 per month or $240 annually or less to be competitive.
I am still interested in the Video + Voice + Screensharing if they were to lower price similar to rivals and add features like recording. As it would be much better if we could just use one piece of software for everything.6 votes
currently if you use a different asset in a property for each language, you can set the language specs accordingly. So far so good. However you are forced to use a single branding for all those assets.
In our opinion, each asset should allow unique branding so that it can mimic the language settings.
Another inconsistency is that when you request a transscript, it's only available in english an not in the language settings of the asset...6 votes
Limit to voice only - not alwasy video + voice. You may not always want to use video but would need voice...why packed. Have them separately!6 votes

It would be nice if you can throw in some text editing tools.
Like bold, italic, maybe even bulleting etc.
Also to add, can you make a trigger message box in administration bigger or allow us to expand it (slider). It's bit uncovinient to write and edit content.6 votes
If a customer keeps us hanging on and doesn't reply we want to Time them out of their session after one minute. eg: Sorry you have been timed out of this session - please Live Chat with us in the future if you need any help. This would reduce the time agents spend waiting for each customer to reply6 votes
