  1. Robot to Ask Questions before User is Connected to an Agent

    We are thinking some sort of BOT to ask questions before they come through to a real person. Something simple like the plug in one on Facebook? What sort of options are there without spending a fortune?

    Hi!
    At the moment we haven’t got an AI or robot.

    You can setup Pre-chat form and put in it necessary input-fields asking for user data and questions which should (or optionally) be answered.

    Also you can set Advanced trigger to fire for example when visitors message contains some words.

    We currently don’t have the option to generate reports on a number of site visits.

    The reporting section allows you to view Chat Volume, Missed Chats, Average Chat Duration, User Satisfaction, and First Response Time.

    We also provide you reports for Tickets as well such as Volume New Tickets, Solved Tickets, Ticket Source, Resolution Time, Tickets Reopened, and First Response Time

    You can access the Reporting section by clicking Reporting (6th icon from the top left of the dashboard – portrayed by a small bar graph icon).

    Simply select the site or tawk.to page, you want to generate reports for, from the dropdown menu at the top left of the reporting screen.

  6. Automated sleep trap

    For small businesses which are trying to go global but cannot invest on support to be available 24*7 online, can there be a feature that there is an automated pre fill form activated from 10PM-6AM and for the rest of 16 hours the customer is directly able to chat (without the form)
    Just to ensure that the clients are not missed when you sleep?

    Also, Awesome service this is tbh!

  8. add a feature "pay per chat handled by agent"

    Instead of hiring agents per hour, maybe I could hire them per chat?
    For example, I want to handle most chats myself, but if I'm offline I need someone to handle chats for me

    Maybe if 0 agents are online, a paid agent will handle the chat.
    If the chat meets x criteria or whatever then the transaction is complete and the paid agent leaves the chat.

    There would need to be some sort of rule system:
    Eg user joins chat - asks x - gets result
    Not just people joining to troll or spam and it costing us money

    The Suggestion is not related to improving the Chat system. According to me you guys are doing a great job .

    I am giving you a 'new suggestion' - a new idea or business plan -
    Please start creating submission forms or advanced forms for websites to integrate on our websites for free or at a nominal fee.

    Like there are many in market like 123formbuilder.com

    and jotform.com but they are expensive.

    Please do consider this new idea.

    You can export contacts in the Messaging section of the Dashboard.

    Here's the process of exporting the contacts:

    1.  Select to Messaging (email icon) in the left tab menu.

    2.  Select the Property.

    3.  Select Contacts under the Property.

    4.  Click the download icon in the upper right.

    You will receive an email with a link to a .csv file containing the names and email addresses of all your contacts.

  19. Request to remove "Blog posts" in a whitelable version.

    Hello

    We plan to buy the whitelabel. Our agents are experienced to quite often click on the links on "Blog posts" and leave the dashboard window. From that new window they open another windows. This causing a lot of distraction and the agents are not fully concentrated on their chats with clients. This could be a removable area by the admin. If a certain admin has such a need they could remove it otherwise the blogpost could remain if it does not disturbs anyone.

  20. Add more characters to the branding, suggest to open the whole footer

    To open more characters for the branding.
    At the moment, even my 23 characters branding (including space, * and _) is cut.

    And I suppose this is a very easy fix by development team
