After updating tawk in the PROPERTY MEMBERS section, when we disable access to the operator, we stop seeing its name. This is very inconvenient because when the operator change starts it is harder to find because the name is not displayed and you need to open it to see its name. Please specify if this can be fixed. this issue has now been resolved.
I'm wondering if the Screen Sharing tech that is bundled with voice and video is not the best way to go. Is that why Safari and Edge aren't compatible? We only need screen share, but need Safari and Edge along with Firefox and Chrome for our customers.1 vote
To use screensharing it’s required for browser to support WebRTC.
Unfortunately, Edge does not support WebRTC, but Safari supports it from 11 version.
I bought the add-on to remove branding and am setting up the SPF and DKIM records in Godaddy.com. I can get the forwarding and SPF to verify but cannot get DKIM to verify. Any tickets I create the email gets quarantined by Office365. I believe if DKIM can get verified it hopefully will solve this. Need clearer instructions how to resolve if DKIM doesn't verify.1 vote
