  1. Assistants for multi sellers platforms

    Ok i have a ecommerce where is present many vendors; should be great create a department for vendors where the super user assign the tikets to the vendor, in this way opening a private channel form customer to vendors that sholud be a Assistant Assigned at specific Department. In the same time this type of assistant shold be a lower level of access to system, where could be see only the chat assigned

  2. have an option to integrate customer lists to Klaviyo / Active Campaign and Facebook & Google Ads

    We are looking for special widget who can attract customers when entering on our page.

  4. How to get the Tickets and Chat conversation from TAWK to our own application?

    We have a Custom Built CRM application and we need to fetch the Tickets and Chat conversation from tawk,
    I could see the Javascript API is pretty basic.
    How to achieve this? Using Zapier ?

    CloudRadial is a leading customer portal for MSP/CSP providers. We can already integrate the chat widget, but it would be nice if the chat was context aware (i.e. what user clicked it, have it open a ticket, etc.)

  11. Webhooks: Add a webhook for when tags are added to a chat.

    This is useful to track the different reasons for a chat, So the customer can be billed accordingly.

    As tags can be added after the chat has ended, I suggest there be a new webhook maybe called 'chat:updated' that gets fired when a chat gets updated details, a note gets added or tags get adjusted.

    There might need to be a delay in the wehbook as multiple tags and be removed/added at a time.

    means if some one send us message we will recieve that in tawk to and we can directly reply it from tawk to

    We know that you already integrated with WooCommerce which is a great adavantage, but I mention that they are few more areas where you can grow your plugin.     If you integrate with Mailchimp so new chat user emails can be automatically added to an email list that would be great. It really is a requirement to be competitive in this space.

    Currently, you already have 3 triggers in Zapier.
    1.When starting a New Chat
    2.when ending a new chat
    3.When starting a new ticket

    The missing one is When receives a new offline message.

    When you give script code as can i see there is another sources in your script codes script code

    so if i use subresource integrity i validate x(first script code) but x has y(script code has script sources) so i cant validate y script codes

    I want to subresource integrity 100%100 to validate your codes because of security. Can you add that feature? Or i cant use that awesome free service :(
