  4. Colour Picker Bug..

    If you set the Widget Title Bar by entering a HEX Value #26A9E1
    The system will not reconise it
    You have to clikc on the Colour Picker to get the colour accepted

    tawk to is a nice chat support software but when more then 4/5 clients come too chat we can not maintain chat - if your are develop your system

  9. Ring tone for visitor when chat initiated by the admin

    Chats initiated by customers now come with ringing tones to alert the admin to the presence of a live chat. The reverse is not true for chats initiated by the admin. The customer receives a small muffled click. This does not sufficiently alert the customer to click on the chat icon. A true ring tone should be activated when the admin initiates a chat just as it is when a customer initiates the chat.

  10. Allow trigger of "Message" To differentiate whether it's agent message or visitor message

    Presently we can set an advance trigger to be based on a message, however this trigger will consider any message regardless whether its an agent message or a visitor message, we want to be able to set the trigger based on the message and who is the who sent it

  11. Allow changing colours of chat blurb icon and headers separately

    Presently the header colour changes the blurb icon colour as well, we want to have the blurb in green but the header in blue

  12. Flash sales with countdown in chat

    Make auto chats or shortcuts to post sales with countdowns to encourage people to buy immediately. Link image disappears when countdown ends.
