Flood protection
Hello, Would be nice add a flood protection for idiots which try to crash our live chats.
A protection like a delay on messages if someone send for example more than 10 message/second3 votes -
Creating alias accounts which should be reusable by the other chat users.
If I create some alias acounts I use for replying in the official name of someone in the company (with title, foto) I would like to use those alias entries for all other chat admins as well.

Disable agents aliases, to prevent from changing their name
I have a big problem.
I'm the admin (name Chris)
I have 3 agents (name Test1, Test2, Test3)An agent join in the chat to help users with problems.
The agent is tricky go before (or after joining the chat) -> to Profile->Aliases and rename his name Test1 to Chris.Now he looks like for my visitors as Chris -> the admin. But he only changed the name. He has agent privilegy but no one of my users can see this right.
That is a BIG Problem for me, because its like steeling the identy."

offer image sharing options that are more robust
offer image clipboard pasting integration, so if im taking a screenshot with snipping tool or other means, i dont have to save a unique file each time then upload to the chat.
Or some sort of desktop integration (i know this is a bit more in depth development wise - maybe some sort of integration of google hangouts?)

Visitors see only offline message form and members see the live chat option

This seems like a good feature but it would be limited to only few platforms like Wordpress, WooCommerce, Magento etc. but we will not be able to do it for every platform out there.We’ll see what we can do though.

Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you"
Would be good to set a bubble "%agentName: Hello, how can I help you" when agent is pressing join button without customer asking for chat. Now it's just title with nickname of agent and it's quite misunderstood.

Allow for the ability to "SHUT-OFF" print functionality
There would be a setting to shut off the print functionality on the end-user side just in case you didn't want to allow it to be so easy for them to print or copy the conversation

Manual ONLINE/OFFLINE Switch
Sometimes an agent is connected on hours thar are not the Scheduled hours. It would be good to be able to manually turn status to ONLINE or OFFLINE.

2 lined staff title on widget
I think you should have a 2 lined widget, where title is shown underneath their name

Being able to send a secure form for visitors to fill out so visitors feel comfortable sending private information
When a customer sends private information such as last 4 digits of credit card number or security question etc we should be able to create a secure forum for each question we want to ask securely and once we ask them to fill it out and they submit it we will be able to see what they wrote. just so customers feel safe when entering private information :D

History - search with notes
Now i can add note to chat but cant find chats with notes only. So notes is very unusable for my. Please row in history view (have notes)
or better - give my possbile add some information like - important chat and possible to filter in history view.

You can barely see "chat?" widget down the bottom
Look at how big PURECHAT's widget is with a massive graphic that stands out saying "CHAT!". Its inviting, Tawks tiny "chat?" is like saying, please don't speak to us we cant be bothered for you, as well as the fact that you cant see it!
